I'll just add the following
People need to make the distinction between a working app and app that is working;
A working app is an app that you can download and run on your phone
An app that is working will actually do what the developer promises it will do.
MYQ app is the former.
Sure you can download it, but if you are planning on getting people to pay you every month to use it, you can't have it "only working sometimes" and email support every time... its not fit for purpose.
Anyway, agree with your points but I believe there is NO CHANCE we will see management change, would you quit a $500k+ a year gig where you don't need to do anything and you get free business class travel everywhere you go?
