I think it will be generally regarded as a positive as he will be staying long enough to find a suitable successor and then he will be on the board, so his expertise will remain in the company.
I think, on balance, Richard Seville can be very proud of what he has achieved. Just look at the litany of other failed lithium mining enterprises along the way, including RB Energy, Galaxy Mk I, Admiralty/Rincon... and I'm sure there are others I can't think of at the moment.
