I think if A2M want to take 10-15% market share they will need to be placed in the value premium range, as opposed to the super premium of Atwo. So the Nestle and A2M brands may be competing in different price categories. Of course all this may change and A2M may come up with a super-premium version of their own, e.g. organic A2. They have't needed to differentiate their products much to date as they have no problem on the demand side.
