30% of the worlds dairy cow population are free of the A1 protein which is quite a lot but the issue is that the milk from these cows get mixed with the cows from the other 70% when it gets processed in the nestles production chain so to imagine that a massive company the size of nestles has changed it's production so as to quarantine the cows milk from the a1 free cows is simply laughable........it would cost them billions and billions to do this and far cheaper to do an on market buyout of SM1
That said a2m doesnt have any patent on the a2 protein itself so as an owner of the stock you can and should expect competition in this space. A1 free dairy stuff isn't that hard to do but you have to be nimble and it certainly can't be done by the massive milk companies of the world.
