well if I were you I would ask these questions before I put any more money in.
- is the FA still strong?
- is the TA looking good or bad now?
- is their a future catalyst that will see a SP spike coming up?
- is the sector strengthening or likely to weaken in future?
- is the company well funded and able to pay of there debts and continue as a going concern?
- will putting more money in now make you more stressed or less and if the SP fell another two pips
how would you handle that?
- if your worried its going into liquidation putting more money in could result in a much bigger loss
I know you want to double up your shares so if it gets back to 7 you can sell out and break even, but that would mean a almost doubling of the MC, is there a basis to suggest this is likely, sorry about your spot here its a tough one.
I can not really tell you what to do as I'm not a financial adviser, but I would say answer the questions above, make some of your own up, do a pros and cons list and work out a clear strategy going forward with a detailed plan, and stick to it. emotion will be high right now try not to let it get the best of you.
perhaps there are better stocks to put your money in right now that may help to offset these losses, why you hold the PRL shares and hope they recover?
I would also suggest being careful with stocks under 1 cent as a few pips means big money variation up and down, great if the stock days well but terrible if it goes down.
