could be take over, but why not say so. change of control means someone else going to majority, NOT 100%; but of what? Might be for the remaining 100% owned steaming coal tenement where they plan 5mtpa from 2014/15.
hope so, as I wouldn't want this one to be taken over now for $2. By 2014/15 it has to be worth something way north of $10 (just add up the 3 production amounts they will have by then & use lkong term avaerage coal prices).
