Currently signed up with an ISP who align with Optus.
My understanding is that the NBN as an independent concern simply sold bandwidth to ISPs and all ISPs would do the same.
So question is why do ISPs side with Telstra or Optus when I thought they would buy their own capacity from NBN?
Other question is if wanting to change ISP how does one establish the quality/speed of their service?
