I have been involved with many companies in the last 15 years,in which some had preformed very weakly to the extend of destroying shareholder investments and the company itself!
Now ,it is quite saddening to see some of these failed directors or CEOs add up their past performances to their CV and experience and start a company all over again.
Is /should there be a nation wide ranking system to evaluate these people ?based on their past performances ?would it be handy to help investors? what other resources you use to evaluate past history of companies `directors you invest in?(other that your experience)
With the name changes and the time itself I think it is not easy for new investors to identify this.
