I have to ask the question then.
Why does the "lower atmospheric" heating of CO2 have a different response to the "upper atmospheric" heating.
I must say I was surprised to read this.
Perhaps the only impartial voice here "apparently" is the intrepid pole fence sitter Pauli boy. Could you please take time to answer this apparent contradiction. Or is it a contradiction?
