I know that you didn't ask me but if you did these would have been my answers.
1. What happens when you die?
I will be dead. Check in my coffin for confirmation. Other than that, I don't know. The bible says dust to dust... maybe that's the answer.
2. Is there a heaven and hell?
I don't know. Are the bible descriptions symbolic or real? Judging by the diverse views I'm not the only one who doesn't know.
3. If yes, how can anyone ( you, me, every poster here) qualify for heaven?
If you are talking from the biblical point of view, then yes and no. Is it by grace alone or by grace and works? Most think that faith is necessary because they find it hard to believe anything without evidence - I guess that these people are bound for hell.
4. If yes, who will go to hell?
Well a few people have invited me to go to hell as in: whereu, go to hell.
