You rejecting what Thomas was told in John ch 14 which clearly explains why the no more doubting Thomas said what he said.
You are ignoring the CLEAR message of WHAT Thomas didn't believe, Jesus was alive, no more no less and that Jesus was addressing exactly that.
Confirmed by the words of Jesus - Blessed are those that haven't seen the risen Son, yep the alive one, and yet believe.
Don't forget, this ONE God trinity, to be the TRUE ONE GOD, has to be all three = how many was there in front of Thomas =hmmm.
