Do you agree he was only able to do this as he had use of the Fathers Holy Spirit and that it wasn't his own personal spirit?
----------
Yes holy spirit is God's power that operates to accomplish his purpose. At the time Jesus disciples were anointed with holy spirit we are told it was in fulfillment of prophecy.
(Acts 2:15-17) These people are, in fact, not drunk, as you suppose, for it is the third hour of the day. 16 On the contrary, this is what was said through the prophet Joel: 17 ‘“And in the last days,” God says, “I will pour out some of my spirit on every sort of flesh, and your sons and your daughters will prophesy and your young men will see visions and your old men will dream dreams,
But we are then told through whom the spirit is actually poured out.
(Acts 2:33) Therefore, because he was exalted to the right hand of God and received the promised holy spirit from the Father, he has poured out what you see and hear.
On the other point we discussed:
Paul’s words at Romans 16:20 echo the first Bible prophecy, recorded at Genesis 3:15, pointing to the Devil’s eventual destruction. To describe the event, Paul used a Greek word that means “to shatter, shiver, break in pieces by crushing.”—Vine’s Complete Expository Dictionary of Old and New Testament Words.
Also we are told the "lake of fire" into which the Devil is hurled means the "second death".
(Revelation 20:10) And the Devil who was misleading them was hurled into the lake of fire and sulfur, where both the wild beast and the false prophet already were; and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.
(Revelation 20:14) And death and the Grave were hurled into the lake of fire. This means the second death, the lake of fire.
