You appear to have a misunderstanding - The Holy Spirit is The Almighty God and Fathers Spirit as He is a Spirit and these are a singular Identity as in one, that all languages in the world understand one to be.
So when I only use the term God, I mean the above the Father of Jesus.

Luke 1:35 - And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore (Greek - also the (one) being born Holy will be called Son of God). also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

So the Holy Spirit was the cause of the conception and that is identified as the power of the most Highest and we know the Father is the Father which makes him the most Highest The Almighty God and Father.

So Jesus would have to have his own spirit, he was as a man, so likewise so he could suffer death his Spirit would have to be, accept it is from above, but only in the context that he was conceived from above, the Holy Spirit of the God and Father.
Now for someone to suggest he started out above with an eternal Spirit goes against many areas in the Bible.
The Bible tells us angels can't die, why doesn't God then change the bad angels spirit, if we are to believe Jesus originated with an eternal one = can't stack up and it doesn't.
