It's NOT a straight up simple question because to supply the whole truth, I would need to cover and address everyone of the references you provide here.
Is the Holy Spirit of Truth, one of Trinity, God?
NO, NO, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
The Holy Spirit, referred to as The Spirit of Truth as well and it is also referred to as, the Spirit of understanding, Spirit of knowledge, Spirit of Wisdom etc and are but one in the same Spirit of The Father which Jesus asked the Father who is The Almighty God and Father of Jesus to send to us.
Another Comforter - same as you now have while I am here and that same as - was the Holy Spirit, The Almighty God & Father that was dwelling IN Jesus. So as Jesus was to go, that, the God the Father the Holy Spirit, (comforter) would likewise be going with Jesus.
So now we have that back, minus Jesus BUT, he promised to also come to us and this he is able to do through the Holy Spirit of our God and Father.
"WE" meaning two only, will make OUR abode with you.
Hence Jesus saying, while I'm in the world, I am the light of the world. Because the light source, power, The Father of lights was IN him.
Hence Jesus could and did say, I am come a light into the world - Almighty God and Father is Him, meaning Jesus was the Light shining off The Father - Naturally we then see the image of, if you have seen me, you have seen the Father.
Jesus says the likes of, look you clowns, believe you me the Almighty God and Father is in me which should be clear and obvious, as I myself can not do these things, it is the Father in me, doing these things - CONFIRMED in Acts 2:22 and Not the word of wotsup.
Open your eyes, 1 John 1 is ALL pretty much about the Almighty God and Father, the word of life which was with the Father in the beginning, LET THERE BE LIGHT, trees and you name it WHICH is seen, handled etc etc.
These words and now the eternal aspect of them, is what Jesus was given (words of eternal life) at his Baptism where he was then and not before, SENT INTO the world. Finish what the Almighty God and Father had already started WHICH is what the first 13 verses of John is ALL about.
1 John shows us, that these words of eternal life were WITH the Father as IN Him, and as the scriptures show, before creation and were HID IN God where the completion, or the fulfillment of them would be revealed BUT only when the times were FULFILLED, and then and not before, God sent his Son into the world WITH these words for eternal life.
Hence after his Baptism, for as the Father has life in himself (In His Word, John 1:4) so HAS he GIVEN to the Son to have life in himself.
So my friend, Jesus CAN NOT literally be this word of eternal life that was with the Father before the foundation of the world.
Jesus was in the mind and plans of God there as the Hidden mystery IN God.
And that, came down, came forth, out from God AS Jesus Himself says in John.
Just as God promised in Isa 55:10-11, you need to take a GOOD look at this area as it goes hand in hand with the truth of JOHN & 1 JOHN.
