"(Revelation 7:9) After this I saw, and look! a great crowd, which no man was able to number, out of all nations and tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, dressed in white robes; and there were palm branches in their hands."
Some comments if I may.
1 - That although the crown was uncountable we know for sure thanks to some divined inspired Bible readers work that it was exactly made up of 144,000.
2 - That notwithstanding infant mortality having been until recently quite horrendous not a single infant could be seen.
3 - That there were palm branches in their hands meaning that people without the upper limbs or even without just the hands or with the same completely crippled by arthritis were equally absent.
4 - That they were all standing and although upon what is not clear it is presumable that they were standing upon soil and rocks either barefooted or wearing sandals. Again people with deficiencies rendering them unable to stand could not be seen.
5 - That they were all dressed in white robs and although for what purpose is not clear it seems legitimate to infer that they were doing so so that they could protect their private parts from the eyes of the Peeping Tom Lamb, whose omnipotence enables Him to see through everything, but could be foiled by the white robes made up of pure cotton and designed by the Versace of the Roman occupied Judea.
In short. If you are aspiring to be among the 144,000 you not only must join the JWs but also do your best to die standing up holding palm branches in your hands. In that way you will know for sure that you will be fit enough to stand in front of the Lamb.
For those that don't know. Core to Watchtower doctrine is that only 144,000 humans will go to heaven, where they are to rule as kings.
