I wonder whether you are expecting much in religious doctrine to make sense.
In the beginning God created heaven and earth and then spoke other stuff into existence. BAM... and it was perfect. Then some sneaky fellow, Satan disguised as a snake of all the options that he had tricked his naive creatures into eating fruit from a tree that they were told to leave alone.
For God's sake, he (God) pointed out the fruit that they shouldn't eat but promised special powers if they did (knowledge).
And then what happened? God's whole of creation became imperfect over a single fruit item......
And that is only the start of the first book in the bible.
And do you really expect to understand the doctrine of the Trinity? As far as I know it is only in recent human history that we have explored the concept of the threesome.
