    Thanks wotsup

I can testify with my own experience that Holy Spirit is real, and gifted/given/deposited to all true Christian believers, whether they realise or not, according to Scriptures.

    Trinity is true and real!
(have shared this earlier on this thread or another)

    "The real 1983 event again:
    Scene set:
a shrine, burning chopsticks, master, fortune telling, chanting, small crowd, SEAsia

    I was a visitor there.

Fortune-teller masterX was trying to invite his 'god' (i.e.spirit, demon) to come and possess his disciple (young lad) for fortune-telling purpose

(It so happened I was standing nearby, out of curiosity, about 1-2 meters from the young lad).

After 3-5 minutes of chanting and inviting, masterX declared with frustration,
while staring with fires in his eyes at me,

"My god dare not come, because there is someone here with a *Bigger God!! "

    (*Bigger means Greater or Stronger)

(*The fortune-telling masterX actually told me I have Holy Spirit in me.
    Howzs that!)

Scriptures on Holy Spirit from God's Word in Bible:

    1*
1.1 Corinthians 6:19-20 Amplified Bible (AMP)

19 Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is within you,
whom you have [received as a gift] from God, and that you are not your own [property]?

20 You were bought with a price [you were actually purchased with the precious blood of Jesus and made His own]. So then, honor and glorify God with your body.

    2*
1 John 4 Amplified Bible (AMP)
    Testing the Spirits

    4 Beloved, do not believe every spirit [speaking through a self-proclaimed prophet];
instead test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets and teachers have gone out into the world.

2 By this you know and recognize the Spirit of God:
    every spirit that acknowledges and confesses [the fact] that Jesus Christ has [actually] come in the flesh [as a man] is from God [God is its source];

3 and every spirit that does not confess Jesus [acknowledging that He has come in the flesh, but would deny any of the Son’s true nature] is not of God; this is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming, and is now already in the world.

4 Little children (believers, dear ones),
you are of God and you belong to Him and have [already] overcome them [the agents of the antichrist]; because He who is in you is greater than he (Satan) who is in the world [of sinful mankind].

5 They [who teach twisted doctrine] are of the world and belong to it; therefore they speak from the [viewpoint of the] world [with its immoral freedom and baseless theories—demanding compliance with their opinions and ridiculing the values of the upright], and the [gullible one of the] world listens closely and pays attention to them.

6 We [who teach God’s word] are from God [energized by the Holy Spirit], and whoever knows God [through personal experience] listens to us [and has a deeper understanding of Him].
Whoever is not of God does not listen to us.
By this we know [without any doubt] the spirit of truth [motivated by God] and the spirit of error [motivated by Satan].

2 Corinthians 1:18-22 Amplified Bible (AMP)

    21 Now it is God who establishes and confirms us [in joint fellowship] with you in Christ, and who has anointed us [empowering us with the gifts of the Spirit];

22 it is He who has also put His seal on us [that is, He has appropriated us and certified us as His] and has given us the [Holy] Spirit in our hearts as a pledge [like a security deposit to guarantee the fulfillment of His promise of eternal life].

    4*
2 Corinthians 5 Amplified Bible (AMP)
    The Temporal and Eternal

5 Now He who has made us and prepared us for this very purpose is God, who gave us the [Holy] Spirit as a pledge [a guarantee, a down payment on the fulfillment of His promise].

    5* Fortune -telling Slave Girl

    Acts 16:15-20 Amplified Bible (AMP)

16 It happened that as we were on our way to the place of prayer, we were met by a slave-girl who had [a]a spirit of divination [that is, a demonic spirit claiming to foretell the future and discover hidden knowledge], and she brought her owners a good profit by fortune-telling. 17 She followed after Paul and us and kept screaming and shouting,
“These men are servants of the Most High God! They are proclaiming to you the way of salvation!”

18 She continued doing this for several days. Then Paul, being greatly annoyed and worn out, turned and said to the spirit [inside her],
“I command you in the name of Jesus Christ [as His representative] to come out of her!” And it came out at that very moment.

19 But when her owners saw that their hope of profit was gone, they seized Paul and Silas and dragged them before the authorities in the market place [where trials were held], 20 and when they had brought them before the chief magistrates, they said, “These men, who are Jews, are throwing our city into confusion and causing trouble.

    1. Acts 16:16 Lit a python spirit. In Greek mythology, Python the earth-dragon (serpent goddess), was associated with the oracle at Delphi.

    6.

    Psalm 14:1 Amplified Bible (AMP)
    Folly and Wickedness of Men.

14 The [spiritually ignorant] fool has said in his heart,
    “There is no God.”

    They are corrupt, they have committed repulsive and unspeakable deeds;
There is no one who does good...

Good Summary on Holy Spirit is also found here:

    "..
We can apply the benefits and power of the Spirit in our own lives, understanding what the Spirit does in our life.
    1. The Holy Spirit is our teacher guiding us into truth (See also John 16;13, I Cor. 2:10-11
"But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. John 14:26
    1. The Holy Spirit intercedes on our behalf
26 Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 27 Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
    Romans 8:26-27

    1. The Holy Spirit gives us joy and peace
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. Galatians 5:22-23

    1. The spirit gives us gifts for ministry (Ephesians 2;8)
4 There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5 There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. 6 And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all. 7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all:
    I Corinthians 12:4-7

    1. The Spirit gives us boldness to witness (I Tim. 3:13)
And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness. Acts 4;31
    1. The Spirit gives us power (Zechariah 4:6)

that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, Ephesians 3:16
19 and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power 20 which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, Ephesians 1;19-20
    1. The Spirit gives us the power to live godly lives
"I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them. Ezekiel 36:27
    1. The Spirit helps us to pray
praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints Ephesians 6:18
    1. The Spirit gives us wisdom and revelation
17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, 18 the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints
    Ephesians 1:17-18

    1. God the Father speaks through us by the Spirit
"for it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father who speaks in you. Matthew 10:20
The Holy Spirit, who dwells with us, gives us power which the world does not comprehend. For many of us the potential, which dwells within us, is never realized because we will not take God at His word.

The Holy Spirit in Old Testament times
Before the period of Pentecost, the Holy Spirit dwelt selectively, and could be removed (Psalm 51:11). The Holy Spirit came upon those who were to minister for the Lord, for example, the Spirit rested upon the seventy elders of Israel......"

    Nontrinitarianism - Wikipedia
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nontrinitarianism

Nontrinitarianism is a form of Christianity that rejects the mainstream Christian doctrine of the Trinity—the teaching that God is three distinct hypostases or persons who are coeternal, coequal, and indivisibly united in one being, or essence (from the Greek ousia) .
