that just means that customers are loyal because they are psychologically challenged.
if you could get 0.6% extra with lots of extra goodies thrown in, would you stick with the same rip off merchants?
of course you would, and you would probably get one of their rip off loans to verify that you are totally insane as it makes you feel all warm and fuzzy that you are parting with your hard earned
