PG – Many thanks for the analysis of revenues and projected profitability looks right to me – re Bircho’s question on the figures
PG & NB – strange as this may seem – I think you are both correct.
net net – Most importantly PG’s financials are I believe correct
PG – took the cobalt production figure & the cobalt price per tonne US$100 X 30% as EV battery Cobalt sulfate is at a 30% premium =US$130
NB ‘Bircho” is also correct that EV Battery Cobalt Sulfate is 20 (actually I think 21%) Cobalt.
So if we produced 2520 tonne pa of EV Battery Cobalt that would be about X 5 of Cobalt Sulfate = say 12,500 tonne of EV battery Cobalt Sulfate.
However the price of the Cobalt Sulfate would we 1/5 (20%) of the cobalt US$100 X the 30% premium= US$130– so US$130 X 20 % =US$ 26
So US$26 per tonne of EV Battery Cobalt Sulfate X 12,500 tonnes of Cobalt Sulfate produced pa = PG’s figures
Hope that makes sense
