I bought some a little while ago on a punt... to be honest, they will possibly simply ride the coat tails of CLA or the other Namabian Rare Earth to the west of CLA's plots... I am happy with that.

edit.. btw "Canaccord Genuity recently revised its long-term (from 2025) forecast for cobalt pricing upwards by 32 per cent to around $US108,000 per tonne." - is huge news :c)
