"I've just been looking at the Shaws report on the SLX thread (easier to read). The FY20E PE is 1.6. If a PE of 25 is maintained each year (FY17A was 25.2), then the 25.9c EPS would translate to a SP of $6.40. Not bad for any true believers out there."
For me, the goal is not to sell. I'm looking at a mid to long term dividend stream. Once RPCVD is fully commercialised, a significant source of income for the company will (hopefully) be royalties. I would expect a large portion of this will be returned to shareholders. Given the amount of potential royalties involved, I would expect a high payout ratio.
No sell, no capital gains tax! Well at least for me (apologies to my estate).
