Wishful thinking makes me say there may be some sort of balloon payment at end of DoD Contracts to Carnegie.The great unknown though.
On the Northam front CCE have continually said the $17 odd million does include our project development fee. On real estate projects this fee can I believe, be anywhere from 3-5% so maybe,just maybe if completed as suggested this year we could see something like $700,000+ Jump into the coffers
