re: multiplex in head fake Liquidated damages are normally limited to 5-10% of the contract value and are included in the contract put a limit on damages for failure to meet milestones which are generally completion dates.
If MXG has signed a contract with no LDs they deserve to go under. However, normally the LDs are priced into the original contract sum.
