As usual your response is sagging under the weight of unnecessary hyperbole about exponential rises and discrete participants, but what the heck I'll take your bait. I have a lot more to say about algo parties later but we are nearly in the weekend - it will have to wait. If I employed a person who did not have the nous to pick up a phone when he had an instruction that was out of the market so far as to be stuck in a dead end, he would need a bloody good story to avoid picking up his pay - like he just had ear surgery or needed an amputation. This is a problem seen every day in our work - through the 70's, 80's, 90's, noughties, and teenies, Order takers who cannot think.
