Well you've addressed your narrow self interest quite well @Paulc8166 but some market participants yearn to see criminality ripped out of the entire financial system. After we were "assured" (a political word) by Turnbull's minions that everything was manageable in banking and investment advice and problems should be dealt with internally - what happened, we now see they are rotten to the core from the top down - with one chairman throwing himself on his sword this very morning. Well it's a pretty good bet that disease to fleece law abiding investors (without any fear of discovery) crosses over into ASX activities, and to make it worse the same useless authority ASIC oversees both! Call Metcalfe in and put him in the dock.
