I don't think SI was impressed with what Teva did. Nor what the shorters have been doing. In fact there's a lot to not trust in a take the money and run scenario.
My impression is he's motivated by more than money, and wants to see this company fulfil it's potential, for the benefit of patients, and shareholders.
Of course, most traders wouldn't understand that.
