While not MSB stem cells (that I am aware of) I read this story over on OCC thread and thought it was interesting..... thanks @having a go

Went into the barbers today to get a trim. After the barber did the last client , he kindly asked me to wait 10 min because he had to get on his exercise bike every 1 hr for 10 min exercise . I obviously asked the barber what was the go with the exercise bike . He said "read the sign" .
The sign said ....After doing Stem Cell Therapy on my knees, i have been advised that after standing for 1 hr, i have been told to go on an exercise bike for 10 min so there is no fluid build up and so the treatment wont be adversely effected . Then i can stand for 1 hr and so on .
I asked how long for and he said " 3 months "
I asked how does his knees feel now because i have seen him walking around town in discomfort for many years . He said " Into the second month now and My Knees have been Pain Free and feeling good " .
I am long on this Baby and by no means am i trying to ramp up .
