Exactly right apart from the obvious bitterness in the last paragraph.
But you have just expanded on my concerns, a takeover would mean limited return for most and even, for those that bought at high prices, a loss not only on "paper" but for real! As for your other possibilities any may come to pass and all still will not hold current retail investors as a priority. I don't know about you but I bought in for two reasons one of which was to make money.
A takeover has to be a good possibility if all accept the science is going to work and given the much talked about financial position.
But shhhh! we are not allowed to talk about such things someone has been baking hard and these risks just don't exist apparently.
