    MSB's time will come eventually. Its trading almost right on its 50 day moving average.

    $1.25 - $1.40 is great buying.

    $1.40's - $1.50 is a discount range and where some big block trades have occurred in the last 6 months

    $1.50-$1.70 would be the trading range prior to news.

    Anything above $1.70 on volume and I'd be expecting news

    DYOR and I'm keeping an eye on the FDA !
