@col69
I'm not sure if this information has been shared here before. If it has, then apology for repeating it, if not, then hopefully it's useful (I don't read MSB thread every day).
Comparing the Top 20 shareholders list from 2016 and 2017 annual reports, we can see that Celgene has gone away (unless they convert their holdings to nominees holding). Their name is no longer listed in 2017 list.
This is the list from 2016:

Since then we also know that Cephalon (Teva) has also departed.
MNK was still around as of 30/09/2017, since at that time it was still within the 12 month exclusive period. MNK holds their MSB shareholding under the name of Cache Holdings Limited.
Just Google "Cache Holdings Limited" and you will see from the search result that the parent company is MNK.

I'm not sure who Lalp Pty Ltd is. If anyone can shed some light, that'd be great.

So what we have is a changing shareholder base, with two of the Big Pharmas deciding to move on even though MSB is supposedly on the verge of a breakthrough. And they are being replaced by financial investors such as mutual funds, etc.

Considering that MNK itself is currently struggling, we should not discount the possibility of MNK liquidating its MSB investment. MNK's market cap has gone down to US$1.29B, a drop of more than 60% from almost US$4B 12 months ago.
MNK who is supposed to solve all of MSB's financial problems is now only twice as big as MSB.
