Something else to ponder re: current SP of $1.48 .....

If MNK have walked away they would have IMO relinquished their shares on market slowly over time to get out of MSB (Could have easily got out this year at a handsome profit if negotiations were going nowhere) .... again something we won't know either way until a partnership announcement is made on those fronts as they only ever held 4.99% for strategic reasons (no one knows what they are doing / have done)

...... therefore my point being that a SP of $1.48 after what we know Teva dumped and now possibly MNK could have dumped isn't as bad as some make out - IF that is the case then all basically within 6 months, I don't think a SP of $1.48 is too bad IMO .... just thinking out loud

Should be a green day after DOW up (I did notice @ddwn that MESO surged 20 cents between 3.40 pm and 4.00 pm ?
