Would you mind posting their response because, presumably, I am not the only one thinking about those issues that I listed?

I'm sure I'm not alone in thinking it might be edifying to learn about the current status of the negotiations with Celgene and Mallinkrodt, and why, for example, the NASDAQ listing went ahead even though the pricing was clearly very weak, and why MSB has not used its NASDAQ scrip as a source of funding, and why the agreement with Kentgrove was announced with enthusiastically, yet the facility has never been activated.

Because, while some of those issues I listed have surely impacted the share price over time, for some reason they are never raised by analysts who participate in MSB conference calls.
(Although I suppose it makes sense for analysts to address only Dorothy Dix-type questions to MSB, because making things awkward for MSB management in public is likely to impair the commercial objectives of the broking firms that employ those analysts, namely the chance to participate in capital raisings, with their attendant lucrative fees.)
