Madam - where did I say your posts were factually incorrect !

Blind Freddy can see your posts are correct.
What Blind Freddy cannot see or understand are your motives and your bizzare 0000's of posts.
So Blind Freddy makes a perception .. and extremely reasonable form.

Have you heard of the term substance over form... often used by Government revenue agencies to get to the real motives of the taxpayer behind a scheme and/or transaction.
"The doctrine of substance over form is essentially that for Federal tax purposes, a taxpayer is bound by the economic substance of a transaction if the economic substance varies from its legal form".

Well let me relate that to your HC posts.

Your posts comply with the legal form ( compliant with HC disclosure rules) but the economic explanation for you doing so on a regular accelerated and in-depth basis ( as a non -holder and philanthropic contributor) has no substance.
