It's probably more polite to let weight of numbers be the judge of just how you are.
You often comment on the statistical improbability of there being no shorters on this group. I agree it does seem unlikely, particularly as there are quite a few who have openly told us that they are (or have been) short. Unfortunately you just find it too hard to remember, so you keep going on about the number being zero.
Anyway, in a similar statistical analysis, if you think of all the people who have commented on your extreme rudeness (there are scores of them incidentally), what is the likelihood that every last one of that huge number is wrong, and poor little you is a misunderstood polite thing after all.
Snowball's chance in hell I'd say.
