    Where am I saying it does not happen? You're now creating strawman arguments. I see ramping happening quite regularly with analysts/brokers across many companies which is why you'll never see me reference any of their comments - good or bad.

    You replied to a post from madamswer saying there was downramping and then upramping happening on HC. I was just hoping you'd provide an example so I can see for myself what you mean. Do you not see the relevance of providing support for your comments?
