Well as the market is a wealth creation machine designed to transfer wealth from the impatient to the patient, I can't really add much to Warren Buffet on that issue.
Except that you need to appreciate the time frames involved. Not only does the biotech industry have long timeframes, but MSB is a game changer. Being at the vanguard of stem cell technology, the FFDA approval processes which are being modified, are also being fast tracked. The effect of this will become apparent IF you have the patience.
Either way, it might be an idea to not complain without context. Anyone can complain, but it's insight based on understanding that we need.
