Why give away more than you have to. This loan allows them to negotiate from a position of strength rather than weakness.
And if the right partner or the right deal $ comes along MSB management will do what is best for the company.
They are miles ahead of the pack with respect to treatment in GVHD for children. I don’t think you are comparing apples with apples.
