"Hears my take
MSB'S last CR was a non-renounceable offer. Simple uncomplicated and in this case fair, no one held a gun at my head when I took up my full entiltement ×2
Madamswer's Fully Renounceable intitlement offer: Complicated with out any benefit to holders, possibly very dangerous with no upside benefit for MSB."
And here is the less flawed take:
Non-Renounceable: if you don't want to take up your rights, you get diluted
Fully-Renounceable: if you don't want to take up your rights, you can sell them to compensate you for being diluted
You must be the only person I have ever come across who:
a.) finds the one to be that much more complicated than the other, and
b.) given a choice, would actively prefer to not be compensated for dilution.
By the same token, when you want to buy a television set and there's a sale at JB HiFi, do you wait for the sale to be over before making the purchase?
