    retail shareholders were given the chance to participate at $1.40 late 2017 ... if Mesoblast did another entitlement offer today, I doubt many would be pleased.

    That 2017 capital raising was on a non-renounceable basis.

    If it was - or any entitlement offers after it were- fully renounceable, what reason would retail shareholders possibly have to be displeased?
