I do enjoy discussing issues with you, you come across as an objective person unlike others here.
SI’s deviation from “no debt/need partners” is indeed interesting. Either:
a) he had no partners interested;
b) he believes very strongly that it will be successful and will increase shareholder wealth.
The market can make up their minds how to read into this debt facility.
The adult market will be much harder, many more clinics - SI has said he will want to partner that.
And I terms of giving the product away in NZ and Canada, that’s one sure way of shooting yourself in the foot.
Japan was the market they chose and partnered that successfully.
SI did say they were ramping up production to launch into Canada shortly. We could get more cash flows earlier than anticipated.
