Indeed point taken, but the capacity to think and question based on what he has said in the past (no debt/ need partners) and what he has put in place now is interesting nonetheless.

Ok, but that fact should have made any partnering outcome much more favourable than say 50/50. As a partner, I'd give away more in negotiations if I thought what I was getting was easy to sell. They're also in a small (sr) agvhd children market. The adult market will be harder still.
I will point out it was most definitely a hard sell in Canada and NZ. I know they're small(er) markets, but why not almost give it away in those countries to promote its value elsewhere?
