So partnership is not the best source of funding
But, CR is a really bad outcome
Now, we have debt that's even worst
So who is playing this lose-lose game?
C'mon, you know as well as anyone, a capital raise with SHs takes time & efforts...
Who knows what negotiations has taken place, we could have been really close to a partnership but the T&Cs were not favorable to MSB
Raising capital via debt or with large SHs is a much shorter paths; and allows the company to be nimble during heightened partnership discussions
