Well, shareholders are being treated like children.
Why not inform the owners of the company of what the salient terms (not in excessive detail, but maybe in more than just one brief paragraph) of those covenants might entail, given they could up being material for the future financial position of the company?
This is a big deal for the company.
As you agree, they've gone all-in.
Surely informing the owners of the company of the basis on which they've done so would be a minimum requirement?
