How bad would it be if MSB got lots of money in a CR to go aGVHD on it's own?

That's the beauty of an investment in MSB; it's always a win-win, no matter what happens:

Getting a funding partner would be a good thing.
Raising capital to go in its own is also a good thing.

And now, I'm sure it will be argued, hocking the house is also a good thing.
(well, no house as such, but the possibility of a house maybe materialising at some stage down the track)
