    @berad

    No disagreement about fairly quick moves in Japan, the bar seems to be a bit lower there.

    Re the info about the trial, that seems to differ. Is this the CYP phase 1 trial you are writing about?
    https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/record/NCT02923375

    In that I find;

    Last Update Posted : February 26, 2018
    Estimated Primary Completion Date June 2018 (Final data collection date for primary outcome measure)
    The 100 day secondary outcomes can only be completed 100 days after the last person begins treatment, so that's 72 days or about 2.5 months after the last primary endpoint data collection at 28 days which was estimated to be June 2018, that makes most of the Secondary Endpoint data collection done some time in August 2018.

    That date seems to be the most current available, having been updated on the Clinical Trials website on February 28 2018, the day after the ASX announcement of 27 February, found here;
    http://cynata.com/wp-content/upload...-from-Final-Preliminary-Evaluation-Period.pdf

    So August 2018 is almost the end of the data collection for the trial, except for the long term follow up, I don't believe it would be there if there was no requirement. On the Study Details tab at Clinical Trials we have
    Column 1 Column 2
    1 Estimated Primary Completion Date : June 2018
    2 Estimated Study Completion Date : March 2020
    Which aligns with the last sentence in the second last paragraph of the ASX announcement;

    "After the completion of the primary evaluation period, participants enter a longer-term, non-interventional follow-up period, which will continue for up to two years after the initial dose."

    Then add Phase 2 and 3 trials of varying size and complexity depending on the country you are releasing in, if needed. I've no idea if a Phase 2 can start before a P1 is actually complete.

    Please DYOR too
