    Possibly the thought the $100 M MC target is achievable by late 2020.
    The Jorc with low cost drilling and from surface ( unusual ) should be obtainable assuming the
    drilling shows at least 5% heavy sands.
    The 1 cent OB's will likely be exercised particularly if the SP continues upwards momentum.
    Looks like the buying is serious and taking a position and why not considering the upside.
