    Was it Hartleys aquiring more? Im interested in the way accumulation takes place.... if this is indeed what happened. Does anyone know the number of shares exchanged between .42c and .47c?

    It feels like a low volume sell down for the purposes of accumulation when you see the price take a dive and rebound like that.
