    Forget fire sale of goods. Its not going to liquidation, more like admistration. After that rent negotiation and likely store closure with space reduction. Then sale to private equity or Mr Lew. Small shareholders get torched.
    Load up with debt, re brand, maybe new brand ambassador. Re list. Foolish punters buy in again.
    Rinse and repeat...
    A mugs game.
