    Childcare is always required and governments are upping the rebates. Sure GEM occupancy rates aren't 100% but they are still making money. Depends on management of the debt and the revenue at the moment.

    THis is not abc learning, everything is manageable right now.

    As for shorting, always seems a sure thing in between announcements when fear can be created.
