    Peak Resources Limited request that its securities be placed in an immediate trading halt pending the release of an announcement regarding a material proposed fundraising. The Company requires the trading halt until the earlier of the release of the aforementioned announcement or commencement of trading on Tuesday, 24 April 2018. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
